Postage & Packing
We are pleased to be able to offer all of our customers a worldwide mailing service.
If the goods are in stock then we can ship them on the day we receive payment. If you live in the U.K then a day or two is all the shipment will take to arrive. If you're on the other side of the world then 10 days is more likely.
Shipping costs for overseas: we will ship your order via DHL, UPS, FedEx or similar courier service, which ever is the cheapest way. Tax free shopping is also available for clients who live in countries outside the EU, please contact us for details.
What if my order is 'Out of Stock?'
We are 'serious' stockists so being 'Out of stock' doesn't happen often. In the unlikely event then we are in the hands of our suppliers, but we will beable to give you an estimated delivery time and keep you up to date with progress.
Charges shown at checkout are automatically calculated on the basis of mainland UK delivery. If you require a delivery outside mainland UK, and we feel that the price of shipping is very expensive, we will contact you before shipping.
What if my goods arrive damaged?
You'll be amazed, because this doesn't happen often, but in the unlikely event just return the item and we will replace it free of charge.
Returns and Exchanges
If the products ordered combined weigh in excess of 20 kilos we deem the right to request extra payment via credit card for the excess or cancel the order and refund your card.
If you are not completely satisified, return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in the original condition and we will exchange or refund the full cost of the item, plus we we happily refund if there was a company error.
Please note: The goods remain your responsibility until we have received it in good order. We therefore strongly recommend that you register the parcel.
Our Privacy Policy - The legal bit
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We'll keep it in on a secure server and keep all current UK Data Protection and consumer legisaltion.
Any Personal Information you give us will be used for processing your orders and, if you agree, to let you know of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. If you want us to stop contacting you simply send an e-mail and we will remove you from our database immediately.
We're keen to comply with the UK Data Protection legislation. We will never release your Personal Information to any other company for any reason.
